Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact info@thevacantseat, subject 'Return' within 7 days of receiving your order. Orders must be returned within 14 days of the received date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Once your order is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days less the original shipping cost.
